Swim Meet Timeline:MOB (these are approximate times)

• 3:00 pm-4:30 pm: Meet Set-up crew arrives and begins preparing the pool for our meet
• 4:30 pm: Mallard Swimmers Arrive
• 4:30 pm: MOB Coaches / Reps Meet and Greet with opposing team Coaches / Reps
• 4:30-4:45 pm: Mallard Swimmers and Families will set up their areas, and find swimmers assigned swims for the meet, these will be posted in common areas around the pool
• 4:45-5:00 pm: Mallard Warm-Ups
• 5:05 pm: Mallard Team Meeting
• 5:00-5:15 pm: Opponent Team Warm-Ups
• 5:15-5:20 pm: Duckling Swimmers Will Swim
• 5:20-5:30 pm: Opponent Team Half Lappers Will Swim
• 5:30-7:00 pm: First Half of the Swim Meet: events 1-38 (times are estimates)
  • This will include the following swims:
    • Individual Medleys (IM)
    • Butterfly
    • Backstroke
• 7:00-7:05 pm: Break/Volunteer Shift Changes (time approximate)
• 7:05-7:10 p.m: Half lappers swim again (time approximate)
• 7:10-8:35 pm: Second Half of the Swim Meet: events 39-73 (times are estimates)
  • This will include the following swims:
    • Breaststroke
    • Freestyle
    • Relays
• 8:30-9:30 pm: Clean-Up Crew will help clean up after the meet. (All help welcome! Thanks!)
