Home meet tomorrow against Spanos park East. 

Declare your swimmers now!

There are only 50 swimmers, so be sure to declare your swimmers now. The entries need to be finalized tonight and sent to the swim association by 8pm. 

Still some choice volunteer positions up for grabs!

We need 1 timer for shift A, and 6 timers for shift B.

We also need the head judge for shift B (you sit in the shade and mark who you saw touch 1st, 2nd and 3rd). Its a back up if all the timers fail. Which is super rare.  

1 more person for set up if possible.

Our younger swimmers will compete at the beginning of the meet and again at the halfway break before event #39. 

Per league rules only swimmers and coaches are permitted behind the blocks.

A snack bar will be available, but it has very minimal offerings: sodas, water, Gatorade, Goldfish, Welch's gummies, ice cream and popsicles. They only accept cash and most things are $1 or $2.

We will provide cold water for all volunteers throughout the meet.

There are 2 sets of bathrooms. The ones poolside are for swimmers and the ones by the clubhouse need to stay dry, so they are for non swimmers.

Our team can get the lower splash pad area and we'll have the visitors under the pergola.

Pay attention to parking. We can park in the lots, but between the pool and the park along the road there is no parking allowed. You can park past the longcove gate though and along the side of nelson park on Shadowbrook Dr. LOOK AT THE SIGNS!
